Salaam ! Back to everybody's favourite outdoor Sinai nightclub last Saturday... Pacha, Sharm El-Sheikh. Biography:Phil is currently the A&R director for Hed Kandi and also DJs at Hed Kandi gigs across the globe every weekend. In case you’re wondering, A&R stands for “artiste and repertoire” which all sounds very mysterious and a bit grand but in real language, that means he’s responsible for choosing the music for our amazing compilation series, compiling the albums, running the label and signing singles for release as well as managing the DJ roster and music policy for our amazing parties all over the world.
